- The package price is the selected departure-country price shown on this page and covers only the inclusions listed here.
- A 10% booking payment is due when reserving. The balance is due within 7 calendar days. Supplier confirmation and receipt of required payment secure the booking.
- Traveler names must match valid passports. Travelers are responsible for carrying a valid passport, yellow fever certificate and any visa or entry permission applicable to them.
- Flight times, visit order and activities may change because of weather, tides, safety or supplier operations. We will provide a reasonable comparable alternative where possible.
- Open-water, wildlife and dolphin encounters depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Travelers must follow guide and supplier safety instructions.
- Personal expenses, tips, visa or vaccination costs and optional activities not expressly listed are excluded.
- Mocco Beach Villa is the planned accommodation and remains subject to availability. If it is unavailable, we will present a comparable alternative hotel for your review before confirming the booking.

Cancellation Policy
- All payments are non-refundable from the time they are received. We begin confirming and paying for flights, accommodation, transfers, tours and other supplier services immediately after booking.
- If you cancel for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, travel-document issues, missed flights or a no-show, no refund is payable for the deposit or balance paid.
- Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp and take effect when we acknowledge receipt. Any unpaid balance that is already due remains payable where supplier costs have been committed.
- Name changes, date changes, booking transfers or travel credits are not guaranteed. Where a supplier permits one, it remains subject to availability, that supplier's rules and all applicable change fees or fare differences.
- If Comfortride Safaris cancels the entire package, we will offer a reasonable alternative, travel credit or any recoverable refund due after committed supplier charges, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
